We do NOT guarantee:

- Candidate hiring success
3. Refund Rules
Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
- Subscription plans
- Job postings already published
- Resume database access purchases
4. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment failure but amount deducted
- Service not activated
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
6. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel services anytime
- No refund for remaining subscription period
7. Fraud Policy
Accounts involved in misuse or fraud:
- No refund will be provided
- Immediate suspension or termination
