By purchasing Paid Services, you enter into an agreement with ROZGAR ADDA CAREER PRIVATE LIMITED and agree to these terms.

2. Featured Ads

Featured Ads enable your advertisements to appear in designated highlighted areas of the platform to increase visibility.

• Featured ads are displayed sequentially.
• Visibility is not guaranteed at all times.
• Featured ads may increase buyer responses.
• No minimum response guarantee is provided.
• Featured advertisements remain active for the purchased duration or 30 days from posting, whichever occurs first.
• Bulk Featured Ads packages may be available.

3. Boost to Top

Boost to Top moves your advertisement to the top of the category listing in your city.

• Boosted ads remain at the top until newer ads are posted.
• Boosting does not extend ad validity.
• Boosting may improve visibility but does not guarantee sales or responses.

4. Verified User Badge

The Verified User Badge is a paid feature designed to increase user credibility and trust.

• Available to eligible users only.
• Visible on profile, listings, and chats.
• Provides additional visibility.
• May increase engagement and responses.
• Subject to continuous compliance with platform policies.
• Can be removed without refund in cases of policy violations.
• Non-transferable.
• Does not guarantee transaction safety.

5. Validity of Paid Ads

Limited Paid Ads Packages allow users to post a limited number of advertisements during the package validity period.

• Each paid advertisement remains active for 30 days.
• Validity starts from the date of posting.

6. Platform Role

Rozgaradda.com acts only as an intermediary platform between:

• Job seekers and employers
• Buyers and sellers

ROZGAR ADDA does not guarantee employment, transactions, or business outcomes.

7. Eligibility

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Users must provide accurate information.

8. Account Responsibility

• Maintain password confidentiality.
• Users are responsible for all account activities.

9. Job Posting Rules

• No fake or misleading job postings.
• No collection of money from candidates.
• No fraudulent activity.

10. Candidate Responsibilities

• Avoid fake or spam applications.

11. Payment Terms

• All charges are non-refundable.
