Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, manage sales teams, develop business in the assigned territory, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, agents, and channel partners. Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional activities. Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Conduct regular field visits and support team members in closing business. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Ensure proper customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction. Train and guide sales executives to improve productivity and achieve targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial-service guidelines. Knowledge of the local market and customer network is an advantage.
